Remote reading and writing of more than 40 battery controller settings — charge and discharge modes, charge limits, price parameters and schedules. The interface shows whether a value was read live from the device and allows changes only to the fields cleared for remote access.

Consumer loads are described with weekly profiles per machine, with exceptions for specific dates, and are combined into a single daily curve for the site.
Devices raise alarms in real time — the platform records them, sends email notifications and opens tickets, so every event has a history from the moment it appeared to the moment it was resolved.
