Industrial plants
Production sites with high, fluctuating demand, where power peaks weigh heavily on the bill.
- Peak load shaving
- Backup supply for critical lines
- Metering per workshop and line
BESSMAN brings monitoring, control and optimisation of photovoltaic parks and battery storage systems into a single platform. Real-time data, automated dispatch and clear decisions.
One platform, different use cases. The modules are selected according to what you operate.
Production sites with high, fluctuating demand, where power peaks weigh heavily on the bill.
Photovoltaic plants with or without a battery system, including sites carrying balancing obligations.
Chains of sites, warehouses and cold storage, where energy spend is tracked across many locations at once.
Buildings with shared generation and common areas, where consumption is allocated between individual subscribers.

Which one fits depends on the scale of the site and on how much of the work you want to take on yourself.
Equipment prepared for self-installation, plus management through our platform.
Suited to residential and small commercial installations.
Built from the ground up around the specific site — from the survey through to commissioning.
Suited to industrial sites, renewable plants and multi-site portfolios.

From data acquisition to automated control — in one modular environment.
Energy metrics, inverters, strings, weather data, metering points, alarms and states — centralised and visually clear.
Charge and discharge control, power limiting, peak shaving strategies, self-consumption management and protection logic.
Daily and monthly reports with availability metrics, performance ratio, loss calculations and comparative analysis across sites.
Modbus TCP/RTU, IEC protocols, MQTT/HTTP, external forecasts, market data and connectivity to ERP/BI systems.
Rule-based if–then logic, alarm scenarios and multi-channel notifications via email, SMS and push.
Generation and consumption forecasting, intelligent dispatch and strategies that maximise revenue.
PV, BESS, metering and alarms in one place. No switching between systems, no fragmented data.
Redundant architecture and uninterrupted data recording. The site keeps running even if the link to the control centre drops.
Scales from a single site to a portfolio of parks. You pay only for the modules you actually use.
A team experienced in designing and commissioning energy sites — not only in software.
Short answers to the questions that usually come up before deployment.
Yes. BESSMAN is vendor-independent and connects over standard industrial protocols — Modbus TCP/RTU, the IEC series, MQTT and HTTP. You do not need to replace inverters, meters or controllers.
The site keeps running. The local controller executes the configured logic and stores data on site, then synchronises it with the platform once the link is restored, leaving no gap in the record.
It depends on the number of data points and on the state of the site's communication infrastructure. We work in stages — monitoring and reporting first, then automation and optimisation — so you see results from the first stage onwards.
Wherever you choose — in the cloud or on a server inside your own network. In both cases the connection is encrypted and access is role-based, so each user sees only their own sites.
Yes, the architecture is modular. Adding a new site or a new module does not require redeployment — the portfolio grows within the same installation.
Technical support around the clock with an agreed response time, scheduled platform updates and assistance whenever the site changes.
